We hope you love your Beaujais items but if for any reason you are not happy with your order Beaujais will offer an exchange or refund, within 14 days or receipt of purchase (20 days outside of the UK), provided the items are unworn and in perfect condition. Just complete the form enclosed with your order (or download the form here) and follow the guidelines below:
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie.
All Beaujais garments come with care instructions to help you keep them in pristine condition for as long as possible. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for goods damaged during washing.
Please note that we only offer size exchanges. For alternative items, please place a new order on our website. In regards to our discounted prices when buying a complete set of lingerie, if individual item(s) within the set are refunded, the refunded amount will be minus the discount originally given on the set.
We cannot be held responsible for returned orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return back to us by registered post and retain proof of posting. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy.
If it is agreed by both the customer and Beaujais that the product was faulty, Beaujais will offer a refund or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange. However if the product is being exchanged for size reasons, or refunded for different colour preferences or personal choice reasons, the customer would bear the cost of postage.
Beaujais will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of items to allow for inspection. The original method of payment will be credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.
Please note: the above refers to web purchases only. Pieces made as bespoke commissions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Web orders cannot be returned to any stores, boutiques or online retailers stocking Beaujais product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
